4. Minutes of the last AGM
5. Annual Report of Mosque & Community Centre Activities
6. Financial Statement Report
7. Auditor approval: Someone needs to nominate the auditor and second it.
8. Election of Management Committee / Trustees Board (if required)
9. Constitutional amendments / Charity Status (Resolutions)
   1. Resolution 1: We accept the 2018 constitution.
   2. Resolution 2: To amend the 2018 constitution before the next AGM.
